I feel like my improvement has become stagnant
At my peak of playing League I played probably 10 matches a day for a few weeks (with the occasional day off) and I still didn't see any improvement. I feel like I'm just stagnant and have been for a long time, I do good in the majority of my normals games but when I go to ranked I just lose so hard. I think right now I've won 7 ranked and lost 30. I don't want to play ranked to get better because for the first 100 matches I'll just drop elo and play against worse people when I already play decent against the current elo (trying to not flame my teams here but common, 30 loses? It can't just be me). Anyway, I've heard all the normal stuff like "focus on improving at one thing at a time" "review your matches to see what you did wrong" and the thing is that I've done this stuff. Most of the time when I review my matches I'm like "yeah obviously I should have seen that gank coming but I knew that right after it happened so reviewing this is pointless". I just feel like if a pro player played with me then I would just automatically improve because a lot of what I learn comes from watching my team when they are good or if someone coaches me while I'm playing then its easier to learn, because this self teaching thing just isn't working for me.
Also I just want to say that I know I'm a bad player and that my cs is pretty terrible and that I make stupid mistakes and that I have SO MUCH to improve on, its just that I can only teach myself so much, not everyone can teach themselves, I taught myself from lvl 1 to now (silver 4) but I just can't seem to make myself any better.
