Anyone else finding Lethal Tempo doing jack shit?

Like never once while trying it out on Yasuo has my Att speed been pushed up by 30% much less 80%. It can't be just me.

Oh, it works for me but it hasn't been very useful. I thought it would be strong on paper but in practice, it's hard to really utilize effectively.

Agreed, i keep trying to use it on udyr, considering using something else although all my games so far with udyr with the new runes have been aram where i can't really test it.
