To be fair, Ziggs isn't fire themed. He's explosion themed. There is a difference. Also Cryocore Brand isn't frost themed. His fire is blue, which is hotter than orange fire. Cryocore refers to the "Icy" core he has to counteract how hot the blue fire is. Else he would disintegrate himself.

However Annie and Shyvana do have ice theme. The Ice's do not have fire which is correct.

Snow Day Ziggs is anyways frost themed, and all of his powers are kinda fire themed, mostly his ult.

Cryocore means frost, ice, his powers are made of pure frost in that version, he is a damn copy of Dr. Cold.

I need fire versions of these champs t.t

Nope, cryo-core. Frost core. His fire is blue, his core is ice cold to counteract how hot blue fire is. Nothing in his spells indicate frost. It's all blue fire.

Well ziggs being frost themed doesn't support fire champions. He's as fire based as Jinx is.

You're looking too much in to it. The basic idea is that someone like Ziggs, Shyvana and Annie all have Frost/Winter-related skins, but the opposite does not apply to the latter. If you say Ziggs is explosion themed, then I'd say that Annie and Shyvana are fire themed regardless. I'm on the fence with CryoBrand.

Basically, what I'm saying is your argument about Ziggs isn't convincing. Whether he's explosion or fire themed, he received a Frost/Winter themed skin. Nothing about that says explosion, the skin itself is meant to portray winter-related paraphernalia.

Yes, however using Ziggs as an example of a fire champion receiving a frost skin isn't correct.

Shyvana and Annie are the fire champions receiving frost skins. It's true, however, that frost champs don't get fire skins likewise, but bringing irrelevant champions having frost skins as an argument for the opposite is silly. It's like saying Winter Bard or Syndra is why Anivia needs a fire skin along with Lissandra or Ashe.

Ashe already has a fire theme when Tryndamere looks at other women a little too much.

Anivia fire theme is KFC. This unfortunately is not possible due to complicated licensing and also because Rito's lawyers would just bide their time eating chicken not getting anything done and we know it.
