Meanwhile Wukong 1.5 seconds stealth on 18 seconds cooldown which is not blink type ability

Because his stealth system cannot be seen at all. Even if people say LOOK AT THE CLOUD the thing is he does it from so far away that i cannot see the cloud on my screen and shaco appears right behind me from literally nowhere

he can teleport.. turn invicisble throw down a box in a bush to prevent you from chasing him becuase it will CC you use a clone.. and make you guess which is the real one

ff4sk2 votesShaco doesn't have the luxury of getting tanky like wu kong so he needs his stealth to either get in and get a kill without getting instantly bursted down or to get away because he's made out of paper and dies within seconds.
Learn to buy pink wards if you think shaco is op.

Shac Norris3 votesIt's not that he doesn't need flash because he's ''too good''. He doesn't NEED flash because his ONLY purpose is to dish out as much damage as possible in the lowest time possible, hopefully killing their carry(ies) in the process before backing out. Taking ignite instead of flash simply means that you'll be getting a little bit more damage, sacrificing your getaway to kill an enemy carry.
