So, in Leauge of legends we have different champions with different stats, kits, and other things. If you use a champion like Fizz, you get wrecked pre 6 and you still need some power, in fact you get your max power spike at level 9 (E Maxed) Riven's power spike is something that a lot of players hate, she can possibily kill you with a rotation of 2 spells and an ignite. At level 6, her kill pressure is even higher thanks to bonus AD from ult and % Damage. My suggestions are nerfing her base damage, because she has a high base damage with high scaling.

riot acknowledges your comment and has pledged to do something about it right after they nerf zed, lee sin, kalista, mordekaiser, yorick, bard and every other champion in the game that isnt riven.
