QSS spams in worlds
Fighters get it, mages get it, adc get it do you guys think we need some changes on this? I believe where their was one game where 
was bought but it litterly was used for that situation. With this heavy removal of cc requirement I'm wondering it wouldn't be better to change more of a item other champion can buy and basicly change it to a targettable QSS.
- New Recipe:

+ 450 (total price now 2300). - ** UNIQUE:** Removes all stuns, roots, taunts, fears, silences, slows and other debuffs on an allied champion and heals for 150 + (10% of the target's maximum health). (180 second cooldown. 750 range.) This item can be used while cc'd.
This change allows to make the item viable on certain mages or even junglers that want to support their team. Support can still go for but this time it promotes aggression rather than the passive playstyle. This item will be less effective on champions like 
while making it a lot stronger for certain aggressive support like 
. The new will be a lot stronger mostly again AOE cc since they now can use it even when they are stunned themself. It also cheaper and has a lower combine cost.
