With the ADC nerfs in 6.17, Lucian is now top tier.

Lucian was never weak but he was slightly one tier below Ashe/Jhin/Sivir. With the big nerfs across these previous top tier adcs, hes now the strongest adc currently.

Fixed. Also , ashe's nerfs are not minor. Reducing the stacks duration weakens ashe's laning phase pre-hurricane because now she has a smaller window of time to use her Q active which smart players can abuse. Her ult dmg being nerfed by 50 is big for her level 6 powerspike. 50 makes a big difference in early game fights where champions don't have alot of health. Overall , her laning phase is weaker thus more punishable.

Well i mean to be honest.. If you're eating ashes Q for 4 seconds and not extremely low/dead i dont know what to say lol. That nerf is very abysmal i have every ashe skin and i play ashe i think it absolutely does nothing like lets be real.. what champion is letting you flurry them for 4 seconds in the first place..

Also that 50 damage nerf on her ult. Her ult DID too much damage and still does, im just being honest man ashes ult will win lane by itself not because the stun but because the damage it has is pretty crazy for an engage

oh no, look at all these new adcs that are top tier and unleashing hell because Lucian invalidated them all, we must immediately nerf them because nerfing Lucian was too much of a buff for every other adc
