I have 500 AP but can't kill a Lucian with Hexdrinker, Seriously I'm super pissed off at that item its ridiculously overpowered and was always a huge complaint to mage PLEASE FIX this item power. No wonder burst Mages are soo weak in the current meta, can't get through a damn magic resist shield. Start the game 8/0/0 Lose the game to Hexdrinker.

no lucian is ever going to buy hexdrinker in higher lvl, sure this shit is good in early lvls but it's terrible later compared to the standart ER+PD powerspike or BORK+BC

I did not stop, the champion was still auto attacking it just has a slow attack animation. If you look closely the Gragas was about to AA Lucian but the auto attack animation and attack speed is sooo slow that it feels like the champion stood there.
