How to handle others feeding your lane?

Incoming Somewhat Condensed Game Explanation. Skip below to get to question.

> The enemy bot lane was a duo Thresh and Jinx. He would hook my support or I, fly to us, she'd throw her chompers, and he'd flay us onto them. This happened multiple times during the beginning of the game yet we both managed to escape without dying despite this. After one of these times, I went back since I escaped with maybe 50 health and our Nocturne jungle came in I assumed to help hold the lane/scare them off. Seconds later he goes straight after the Jinx, walking straight into her chompers and then dying to her moments later.

She pops both chompers and zap trying to chase me off, meanwhile our Nocturne jungle is just wandering down river. He has ult the entire time and just walks there, watches her run to a bush, run to her tower, flash further under tower, and waits until his tanking the tower to ult her. Jinx said "you should feel bad probably" and he responded with "you had one hit left and I had no one to follow up there prob noy mine." > > So, after they kill me and take our tower, I try to freeze the wave near my tier 2 tower so I can get some CS and so they have to be pushed up to get any. Low and behold they come up, pull the same stuff, we manage to live somehow, but they kill our tier 2 tower. Moments later our jungler dies at his blue to the Jinx and Thresh. > > Vayne swaps with me saying she can "handle the Jinx" so I go top only to now be facing a Yasuo solo who literally just chases me off tower and takes it. > > Near the end of the game, the top lane Vayne says "I'm reporting bot. Mostly Varus" aka me. I haven't said a thing all game, didn't excessively ping people, nothing. I literally have no clue what they'd report me for anway so I'm not that threatened by this. My support (I'm not a duo with this guy) starts explaining what happened all game to which Vayne is all "doesn't matter, I saw everything" or something to that extent. Look at the clan tags and guess who's in a clan with the Nocturne: our top laner.

What am I supposed to do in these situations? I tried to stay safe and farm, avoided dying as much as I could, didn't extend beyond what I felt was safe, and basically only died when being chain CC'd or getting ulted on by the enemy Talon. Luckily it's a normal game, but seriously? How am I supposed to do anything when my jungler wanders down, feeds two kills to my laner, doesn't bother helping with the mess he created, and then his duo decides it's all my fault we're losing?
