If I buy ardent censer and shield my ADC, they obviously get the heal on hit and attack speed from the item. However, in the end game stats, is that healing attributed to the ADC or the support?

When i healed my team for like 50k with the item on stoneborn rylais censor heimer it didn't show up in anyone's stats Same for athene's and stoneborn I must have healed for at least over 100k in those games i played him like that
but that was during ascension and a few times on the rift a while back
haven't really tested it since but back then it didn't show up at all
pretty sure it goes to the person you heal/shield (which is dumb)
ardent censor's buff grants attack speed and an on hit life drain.
it's basically like they have blade of the ruined king.
you get the stats for healing them or shielding them and then they get the stats for healing themselves when they attack.
