Is this just me??

All the buffs since about preseason and the future buffs on PBE are all to the damage of the champs(okay, not all but the most of them). LIke why? Everyone wants less damage so why keep pumping it in? I mean I'm a ADC main and thought that "buffs to adc's" meant that i might not get insta gibbed by the other champs in the game at well any stage of the game. I donno I'm not here to rant about ADC's(I've done that way too much already) it just seems like all these changes are just kinda out of left field? Anyone think so too?
