Really guys? Like this needs to stop. It's not fun to play vs and hell besides the free win its not fun to play with. You can't sit here and tell me nobody thought that we wouldn't just farm jg and then go into the funnel. I've played vs this and I've done this as well. It's not cool and needs to be fixed like ASAP. Any thoughts on this? should this be in the game?

My question is why is this champ allowed to build like a bruiser/juggernaut, have assassin level mobility and untargetabillity and at same time do hypercarry levels dmg?
its time they tweak his kit to solely rely on AD, crits and lifesteal instead of on-hit dmg. This way he is forced to build 3-4 crit items to actually deal dmg

to survive fights. Maybe lets his meditate dmg reduction scale with bonus AD? idk 100 things they can do to remove his built in dmg.

This shit champ needs a rework though.
The driving force behind every boosting strategy is that there are two smurfs playing. They will have an insane winrate no matter what champions are used. The way to stop boosting is to find a better way to ban them, you will never stop them by nerfing a strategy because two smurfs can play standard meta and maintain an even higher winrate.
So long as jungle camps take 70 years to respawn they will have a better time at the very least baby sitting lanes while their laner resets, and this is just a natural extension of that. This is hardly comparable to the funnel mid strat because the top laner still has to function as a solo capable top laner.
Also support and general global impact champions have been top lane picks for similar reasons as a consequence of the lane being fucking worthless otherwise.
top isn't popular in pros because the dude has some powerful solo lane trading power or farming capability.
Same for 
and while not global, but still to similar effect, 
And same for supports like 
top even without funneling that just exist to give the team, or more appropriately, the ADC, another peeler in team fights.
The "fix" to this is to make jungle camps respawn faster again so junglers don't have nearly 2 minutes to dick around, miss ganks, and farm solo lanes with literal 0 consequence on their clear.
