Can't selecet champ? [CLIENT] bug?

So every once in a while in the new client i just wont be able to ban or anything like I've been disconnected from riots severs, but internet and everything else works fine so I know its not the internet dropping. Not playing across regions or anything as well. I'm not sure if its really a bug just hate that i keep getting dodge timers when im not trying to dodge or anything??

P.S. I have a good internet contention and it never happened on the old client.

happened to me like 5 times ... only new client gets that

I am having a similar problem. I can't select a champion during pick intent, or when choosing to lock in a champion. The champion select menu with all the characters does not appear.

Note that in my particular case I am still able to select a ban, only the character select menu doesn't appear.
