Fizz Very weak?

I'm a fizz main so i may be a bit bias but fizz currently has a 46% winrate...Thats worse then before he was reworked. Fizz just feels awful now absoutly useless. Lets say i ult the adc with a max range ult. It hits i e to dodge cc coming at me and then wq doing my full combo and prolly threw in an ignite in there. Well it doesn't really matter considering karma just lockted redemption exhausted mantra e'ed me or the adc flash healed. Or maybe the thresh laterns lockets redemptions exhausts....I just feel like if i even get the PERFECT scenario i cannot do anything due to all these support items makeing assassins pratically unviable :\ whats your guys opinions? Theres no doubt fizz is weak and needs a buff barely going over 52% winrate with 125 games played http://champion.gg/champion/Fizz/Middle

He got overnerfed hes the worst assassin in the game atm, adcs/mages are better assassins than him.

personally i think fizz is a great concept. but the nerf was way hard. if they gave him some damage back, and took away his invulnerablility trollpole. he'd be fine. the issue is the troll pole is considered "defining" by riot. so he'll probably remain on the weaker side for a while.
