Vayne the best assassin?
Okay now they reworked assassins so they can't burst you in 1 second or under...so why oh WHY can a vayne do 800 damage while stealthed with one auto when i only have 1200 hp at that stage of the game?

Because she is classified as ADC and ADCs are allowed to be insane due to the C in their name.

Because blowing up a single Target is all Vayne has.
She has no poke or harass.
Her siege skills suck.
No wave clear.
She is the assassin ADC, the duelist. That is her job. Her mobility is lower than most other assassins in exchange for being able to deal with tanks better and having range.
800 damage mid game? Quite unlikely unless her Q crits. And vayne isn't supposed to be fed with her weak laning phase.
But then again this ^ doesn't have anything to do with the discussion so...
Vayne doesn't have the mobility to get into the backline and kill the ADC like an actual assassin such as leblanc, talon or rengar.
I like how the boards pinpoints Vayne of all the completely broken champions this patch. Very unbiased discussions u got here.
