Should there be a rune that gives you a ward or two over the early game?

Seeing as Sightstone is now locked behind quests and Poacher's Knife was removed, this leads to a lot more vision drought. To possibly remedy this, how about we add in a rune to the Inspiration tree that gives you a couple of free wards in the early game after a delay? Helps you with some early vision, but at a cost of having to go with Inspiration instead of another Mastery tree and probably in the same slot as another important choice.

This is just theoretically speaking, of course.
