You don't know for sure whether it's that particular champs fault they have that winrate. For all you know, half those games could have been with people who were trolling or griefing their team. I'm not saying winrates are wrong but I'm saying they aren't logical and useful info to back up whether you think someone is too strong or not.
ph1234k2 votesIt depends. I don't think it by itself could ever be a determiner for how good a champ is however depending on the quality of games you are auditing it can be a pretty decent point of data to get an idea of performance.
However you also have to consider the rank of the players playing those games, ensure weeding out troll games and take note of the familiarity of the players playing that champ.
I wouldn't call it useless data in general but on it's own it is pretty useless for sure.
