Malphite Just Got Stronger!

As much as I love playing AD Malphite and splitpushing like an absolute monster, It's fair to say that recently I've noticed an absolute necessity of going either tank or full AP because he can't keep up with all the other jam-packed kits out there these days.

That new passive on his W makes support Malph viable again, and means his E is guaranteed to deal more damage than before, due to free armor.

In the top lane, AP Malphite has likewise gotten stronger. Nashor's Tooth, which was once an item of mockery on Malphite builds, now complements Malphite's W active. In short melee brawls, a lichbane-proc on an active W with Nashor's Tooth will probably chunk an ADC for 3/4 health, and that's potentially enough to end the fight completely.
