Hi Riot. Thanks for absolutely gutting my main jungler.

I haven't been able to play him all week because his Q doesn't work reliably.

I'll get anywhere between 1-8 Knock-ups a game on a good day. Early jungle clear? Ruined. Assassination of ADCs? Ruined. Disruption of channeled spells? Ruined.

I can only assume that this is a bug, since there were no patch notes on it, and his tool-tips still reflect the knockup, but knowing that he can routinely dispose of a Lee Sin or Jarvan IV, I can't help but feel that you've nerfed him intentionally.

When can we expect to have Xin back as a reliable pick?

I was in a game where I had a Xin on my team. We lost cuz of it.

This sounds like a bug issue. You should write an explanation of what is happening and submit it in the "report a bug" section. Also try not to be so confrontational, bugs happen, just report them so the maintenance staff can work on correcting the issue.

And not one of them had a Riot Response despite it's game breaking nature.

I am honestly starting to believe it was a nerf instead of a bug.Riot just isn't saying so because there would be no justification what so ever to nerf Xin and not Lee.

I'd be nice if instead of the sour, sarcastic words you've used, why not try and use a support ticket or nicer words? And if anything Riot's aware of the issue and is working to fix it.

It still knocks-up it's just missing the animation for some reason so it looks more like a stun.

UPDATE:

Meddler has said there's a fix for this in the next patch.

Patch Notes 5.4:

Xin Zhao's Q lost its knockup due to a bug in our last patch. We have decided that Xin's Q was unhealthy, as it allowed him to fight FOTM champs on even ground. Xin will now be the first champion to have only two basic abilities, and his Q will be replaced by a dedicated dance button.
