@Riot: Do you think Swain could eventually have his ultimate's heal be based off enemies hit?

This isn't a necessary change now, but perhaps in the future, changing Swain's ultimate to heal him in flat amounts based on enemies he hits (rather than on a percentage of the damage dealt) could provide him with a consistency improvement, and reduce his reliance on MPen for his heals.

Could this be something for Riot to think about, or is Swain forever going to have his heal based on the damage he deals?
