This Manaflow Band buff is huge

Changed to Every 60 seconds, your next ability restores 10-40% of you missing mana and makes you gain permanently 15 mana if it. hits a champion.

I'm a bit afraid this change makes it too mandatory.

Why are you complaining when there are champions with No mana or has Energy.

it sounds like it's a mix of tear of the godess and ancient coin mana passive. hmmm...i think that's a tad overtuned tbhi feel the perminant 15 mana seems a bit unessesary. cool. but not really needed tbh

They took away the refund so early game it's a nerf.

Sounds amazing midgame though.

That seems to be the intention. Reduce early game mana sustain.

Uh, not sure if it does. It’s now better on people who spam abilities with low mana costs, like Cassiopeia. And 15 mana isn’t that much. It’s a good buff to it, but not really that amazing. 10% mana early game without the refund to ability cost is pitiful. 15 mana you stack 100% efficiently every minute until 20 minutes is 300 mana.

Hopefully a indirect buff will make Ziggs viable again and no longer a troll pick. Still waiting for some direct buffs though.

No cause you still have to pay the mana cost to cast the spell that procs it.

It's only every minute. If you are full or close to full mana pool, the passive is kind of eh if you accidentally proc it, as you don't really need it. Seems more like a mid-late game passive.
