Ashe is balanced.

Having a massive DPS steroids on Q by giving both high AS and AD bonus while also having +10% AD bonus from your passive (like corki, but not true damage) with an other passive (2 passives, so fun Yasuo ) that perma freezes (so you can self peel with your above average range) is definitely fine on a champ who is defined by her utility.

Her ult is a game changer late game, so it only makes sense to make Ashe one of the strongest early and mid ADCs right?

Her winrate is currently a mere 53% on champion.gg, but I assure you that it'll rise to +56% with these stats she currently has as people will learn how to play her correctly, just like Jinx rose from 51% to 55% without any buffs. Jinx is getting nerfed next patch, which will only increase the Ashe's power. Her winrate is currently held down by the bunch of new people that are picking her up (popularity rose from 7% to a stable 25%). Most of these people don't know how to play her yet. But as soon as pros will show the sheep how to do it, everyone will be climbing freelo with her.

But I don't mind... I just know who to pick for freelo now. I've used tristana before people were complaining about her (she was OP long before the complains), and jinx ever since the tristana nerfs. So I'll be playing Ashe until she gets permabanned/gutted now I guess.

How about, relax. She'll get balanced if she isnt. She came out (again) last week. So, relax.

Yes, she will get balanced... In about 6 months.

ashe is lower win rate now than pre rework lol. i won alot of games by catching a squishy farming using arrow + triforce crit with shiv and volley was 1 shot at fll build lol. dont really like new ashe other than her q looks cool as shit.

Because her popularity skyrocketted!

Most people playing ashe now barely played her before the rework. And even for those players that mained ashe, she's changed so much in playstyle (her Q is HUUUUUGE) that they need to learn to play her properly again. Her high winrate pre-rework was based on a small playerbase that mained ashe. The current winrate is based on a huge playerbase that just picked her up. When they learn how to paly her properly, they'll get a much higher winrate than she has atm.

You DO realize that the damage boost replaces her ability to crit, right? That and the slow it procs early game is what, 5%?

Yeah, 5% at level 1; capping at 35% at level 16, Empowered slow goes from 25% to 55%.

No issues, because if Ashe gets popular, she's EASY PREY for Rango and the like. :3

Just like jinx is an EASY PREY for rengar? All ashe needs is either her flash, heal, ult or a teammate with CC to get away and/or kill rengar.

Rengar curb stomps any ADC that he can stealth jump on. I recently played a Sivir game and literally out of nowhere in our jungle with wards up: "A wild Rengar has appeared" oh your dead never mind then... This happened 4 times and twice during team-fights because nobody peeled for me.
