ARAM mechanic idea: unfavorite

Before queuing, you can select up to 10 champions you'd prefer not to play with/against. Those champions then will have a decreased chance of being rolled in your ARAM game. ("Decreased" does not mean zero: they could still pop up, just more rarely)

The chance of them appearing is lower the more champions you have unlocked.

This should benefit ARAM for two reasons:

• it would help level the playing field between accounts with everything unlocked and accounts with very little unlocked
• it could alleviate the problem of seeing always the same champs: even if everyone owns Sona, if everyone also unfavorited her then she won't pop up this often
