does performance affect LP loss?
Like if you lose a ranked game, and you perform really well regardless, do you lose as much LP?

Dynikus2 votespersonal performance has no bearing on lp loss or gain. You lose and gain the same amount regardless of if you got carried, or if you carried.
HexaDecimel1 votesNo, Winning consistently will cause your LP gains for a win to be greater and LP losses costing you less. Losing consistently will result in wins contributing less LP and losses costing you more.
Its basically the system trying to figure out what rank you belong at, and if it sees you winning a lot you will gain more LP as the system is trying to get you to a more challenging tier. If it sees you are struggling you will start to drop faster until you start winning more consistently.
Sukishoo1 votesNo. LP is only generated by Winning/Losing. The KDA, team interactions, ect in a match have NOTHING to do with it.
