Again.. late game/skill cap champion isn't an excuse to make it uber

Looking at vayne, her amount of bonus damage makes her a ridiculous champion to deal with once she get's a couple of items. I finally feel the game is starting to become balance we look at worlds and there's a larger pool of champions being picked and they play to win. i believe this is due to the tanky meta over the assasin one. However vayne is an tank shredder that needs no assistance in doing anything she pleases. We don't see her being played at worlds because she's just not part of their strategy or comp but worlds doesn't equal the whole league of legends as a whole. She has far too much bonus damage, her knock back is like 1/3 of the screen, her ult gives her too much utility. One of these things imho has to go, and i'd opt for some of the free damage to do so. I've read people complaining bout her range as-well.
