Can stormrazor get an indicator for when it's on cooldown?

Apologies if this has been raised here before. Currently the only way to see if Stormrazor is ready to crit, is via the status icon above the icon for your passive (see screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/HZt7fRO)

I think it would be much better if it showed a cooldown on the item bar in the same way that Sheen items do, because it's much easier to read. There are things being added/removed from the statuses all the time when you're in combat. I don't think anyone really looks at it a whole lot. Besides the position of the Stormrazor icon in the status bar moves left and right as things are removed/added. It's pretty difficult to know when it's off cooldown, which is a bummer because if you auto attack an instant too soon it goes on cooldown again.
