Why is further reducing jungle XP a good thing?

It feels really bad to be actually killing jungle mobs and the game is over by 15 because enemy decided to just permagank.

What actually is this role?

Nerfing XP more, when you're already 2 levels behind solo by default?

Please, sell me on this. Riot has said they are planning to further nerf Jungle XP for next season. Please explain why.

"We’re increasing base minion XP slightly so solo laners level a bit faster, and we’re reducing the amount of bonus XP generated when allies share XP so bot lane levels a bit more slowly. We're also slightly decreasing jungle XP."

That mean the gap between Jungler lvl and solo lane lvl will be even bigger? lmao

R.I.P. solo lane ganks. Hello botlane camping (even more)

Because things like Level 3 Shaco ganking bot lane when bot duo are Level 1 happens.

They increased gromp xp and are decreasing xp slightly across the board. If it is actually detrimental I think you'll want to gank mid/top and tax them because they have xp to share

You can see that roaming supports will be meta, I expect first item mobies and a party in mid/top while ADC's are funnelled solo xp

yeah as a jungle main when I saw those changes my thoughs were "well guess I'll rush lvl 3, perma gank and tax xp from solo lanes"

Where did they say they're further nerfing jungle XP? Didn't they explicitly say that jungle XP was getting increased, as you can now hit lvl 3 off of buff wolves gromp?

Im more worried that reducing duo lane xp will lead to supports forfeiting xp to the carry even more.

Jungle xp is being reduced so solo lanes get more of an inherent impact and jungle impact is reduced. Hopefully this wont lead to a rise of early gank junglers relying on kill xp to make up for the deficit.

Exactly my thoughts when I read it.

Y'know I saw the dev post about this but I seem to have lost it.

Anyway from experience I can tell you: A jungler can get one kill successfully ganking other lanes and then show up bot level 6 while the botlaners are level 5. That alone is annoying but then it gets truly outrageous when mid, who got his level 6 at 8 minutes, also comes bot. As a botlaner or a support there is no outplay for beating four opponents, two of whom have ults, without your own ults. You just get towerdived and die no matter what you do. Best you can hope for is to get a couple of kills and then they get both kills and some tower plates so it's still worth.

Wish there wasn't so much mobility in this game so roams were more costly to the roamer.

Favoring hyper-ganking strategies is one of the worst possible outcomes for everybody (junglers included). If you didn't already, watch this very useful and informative video about How Riot Ruined the Jungle.
