neeko Q is too strong in laning phase
Laning against Neeko is worse than Lux and Xerath in terms of "that wasn't even a skillshot" poke, and I definitely did not imagine Riot would want to outdo themselves in that regard.
It either needs to get its area of impact reduced, range reduced, some delay added, or its cooldown increased (flat 7 seconds????).
The result is every time I walk within 800 range to, say, auto attack a minion, I get free poke damage, every 7 seconds or less.
This is possible the most cancerous lane opponent I have ever faced, on par with Xerath or Yasuo,
I personally think that the best way to nerf this ability is to simply add some delay between projectile launch and impact so you theoretically have time to dodge it. Possibly this could mean reducing the damage on the first impact, and have it do more damage on the second and third blooms, which are easier to dodge. Right now the projectile travels pretty much instantly to its destination.
Her E projectile also moves too fast, but I'll stick to my one gripe for now.
