@Riot More Flexible Keybindings

I think this sort of stuff is often ignored but it makes all the difference in enjoyment and comfort. I recently played on another computer (yes, my account) and didn't have my preferred setup. It was really awkward and the interface doesn't let me make the changes on the fly quickly.

I really wish I didn't have to edit a config file to make the left click attack move. It should function just like mapping it to any other key. The excuse for why this doesn't exist is that it interferes with regular clicking. It's not really true... I just mapped that to my mouse wheel but it's up to preference. I can put attack move on my mouse wheel through the actual interface so there's no reason for the reverse to be an issue.

Also, why do I have to go into the config file to lock the scroll wheel so it stays zoomed out? These options should be more accessible.
