Can we make lulu part of the mid year mage update please?
Imo she needs more fixing than champions like 
Her laning phase is painfully boring because you can't do anything to her I don't mind her utility late game
I mind the fact that I'm bored out of my mind for the first 15-20 minutes of the game
(I don't think she's op btw I just think shes extremely obnoxious and boring to play vs)

Her damage is shit compared to your typical solo laner, anyways.

She zones super hard and her poke is good, on top of the fact shes near impossible to engage onto
