It's always a skill matchup against Riven because Riven can button mash to win. Especially since Riot probably knows about her animation canceling but won't do anything because she's the typical fan-fiction self insert Mary Sue archetype.

Yeah but Darius's insta Q was the main reason he beat her. Now Riven can dodge my Q ( If she doesn't suck )

They added the delay on the Q to compensate for the fact that Darius gets 50 - 200 bonus AD from his Bloodrage, which is encouraging building tankier than normal. While I can't say anything about the matchup because I hardly play Axe Man, I find it hard to take Riven seriously when all the "Riven Mains" defend her so vehemently given she only requires two stats to scale hard: AD and CDR.

Too bad, Riot's going to be pushing the changes forward. He has a 90% slow on his W's active now which is... I dunno? I never noticed it in videos.

She jumps in and unloads on me while I can barely fight back because of her 2 stuns, then hops out with a shield just in case I try to hit her during her disengage.
