Stop buffing Lux.

Seriously she's quite balanced now, buffing her too much will cause her to become OP get played in LCS and then get gutted.

imo all she needs is mana costs that are more in tune with wihat champions have now - the 2nd target taking full effect from her Q is kinda overkill and out of place.

I agree, her spells are WAY too expensive early game. cast 2 Q and E combos and your tapped out.

True. I play Lux a lot and completely love her, bur every game I am forced to rush Morello/Athene's, there's literally no other option with her because of her absurdly high mana costs early on.

Played in the LCS means gutted? Diana's seeing some play, I don't see her gutted, Sivir's been fine, Gnar's been hardly touched, Maokai and Naut, Vik's nerfs were love taps. Feel like Lux could be buffed a little bit, played in competitve and be ok. Think the "if they are played by pros they are nerfed to garbage tier" stuff is a little exaggerated.

Well that's not always the case it is sometimes Khazix Aatrox Sejuani LeblancLucian ( Although he just got buffed and is starting to come back )

I mean, it's no secret that Riot doesn't gut their favorite champions that make bigLCSplays and have flashy abilities. The thing with Lux is that Riot doesn't seem to favor her since the general community doesn't. When people think of Lux they usually think of her being kinda just a utility mage in the late game, not really a burst mage with a lot of damage who provides a good amount of utility for her team. If her image was changed and that's how she was thought of, then Riot wouldn't nerf her too hard. Just like Lee, they buffed him because he is one of their favorites and they just want a bigLCSplay to happen.

Riot should put her in the same place they said Wukong is in right now, "Balanced" and "is just where we want him to be"... even though he keeps getting indirect nerfs... and his passive literally doesn't tell you anywhere what how much armor and magic resist he gets per enemy... nor does the amount scale at all, just like his mana costs... There is also many new/reworked champs who are able to own him in lane anymore (TahmKench Ekko Gangplank GarenGnar Yasuo)... can Wu have those buffs pls riot?

If anything, MonkeyKing is slightly overtuned at the moment. But that's not the topic of this thread. And Wukong has a 62% win rate against Yasuo and has the entire season. If you're losing to Yasuo as Wukong, that's a personal problem.

he's resourceless, his Q has more reach than anything in Wu's arsenal and has a ranged 3'rd Q that he can poke you down with. all he has to do is out sustain you and your screwed. add on the fact wu's abilities have such a large cost early game, if you never get ganks then you are shit out of luck. he may have a higher win rate, but you forget that also counts for Wu jungle, not just top lane.

Still Yasuo is squishy. If you bait his Q with your clone you should E in and win the trade. You also have no projectiles so Yasuo's wind wall is useless.

No. This is just the top lane matchup Wukong vs. Yasuo. 62% win rate. Yasuo cannot deal with Wukong's damage after the first back. All you have to do is pop Yasuo's shield, E-Q onto him him, and then ult him if he tries to fight back or escape. And he shouldn't ever be able to ult you either because you can just go invisible if you're about to be knocked up, and Yasuo can't ult targets he can't see. Yasuo does absolutely awful against bursty AD champions with targeted gap closers and bonus points if they have hard CC as well. Guess what Wukong is.

wukong is statistically the 4th best top laner, behind heimer, garen, and fiora. Considering the last two are broken op right now, and heimer is the single most oppressive laner in the game, I'd think that should say something.

I don't even understand why they're buffing Lux when what everyone wants (and knows to be her only problem) is a lower mana cost on her E. It's an antiquated ridiculous amount that predates the normalization of ult costs, and now her E happens to cost more than most champion's ultimates which is insane.
