Teambuilder (blind pick) plz

Since Team Builder for Blind Pick was taken out, I have to admit, there have so many interesting developments for this game, but I just can't get into playing it as much as I did in the past because of queues and how long games generally take. I'd rather queue up and even take 5min+ to play and practice what I really want to.

I've realized over time my willingness to play LoL since this function was taken out has gone from.. A few times a week... to every now and then... Now (despite things like my fav: Urgot and others having buffs changes, etc) I only play a few times in a month... Generally ARAM because I know the likelihood of playing something specific is slim to none and I don't want to sink maybe 2hrs into a game to maybe play what I was excited for maybe once in that entire session. I'd say the only character most could effectively practice is if it's a support character.

There is still a ton about this game I really do like, but seriously, it still feels unwelcoming to casual players. When a person has say 3hrs tops in a given evening to play games. The only thing trying out some build, champ, etc really feels like is just a thought because the realism that in that time span you'd have maybe 1 or 2 full games worth of learning experience is a bit discouraging.
