Hi Riot, evelynn really only needs a small change to become a viable pick again.

I'm a plat 1 eve main, and I still play eve in a lot of my games, but its getting less and less appealing. The main reason is her first clear. I truly think that many of my games are decided on whether I took too much damage after hitting level 3 at red. I'm either 2/3 health and I can gank and get a kill, or I'm below half and I know I have to back. This makes snowballing with eve harder than it ever was, and she is a snowball reliant champion. Please give her a tiny bit of tankyness for her first clear. She is my favorite champion, and I don't want to see her left like this.
