Evelynn is so incredibly fucked by the jungle item increase.
You can't get the item after wolves anymore, so she has to back go to red with absolutely nothing. Please Please buff her.

Honestly, Evelynn is probably going to have to camp the enemy jungle, wait for their jungler to get low, ambush and kill them, then farm her side.
These changes were based around first blood falling into the hands of the jungler, so you either have to get first blood yourself or you have to farm passively until you can get it. Pick your posion.
Ya know I decided to just test a early clear of Eve. Without a leash I am able to clear all but one camp. and I could prolly clear it as well but don't like getting low. It depends a lot on runes and masterys. Going deep enough into utility to get a 3rd pot is really nice. the buff duration and the lifesteal spellvamp are all good on her. Without the right runes/masteries I prolly would not try to clear more then 3 camps but with them I was able to get second tier jungle item a longsword and still have 100 g left. so with the upcoming changes that woulda given me second tier jungle item boots and a pot.
Hey Wukong too, but I guess he can (barely) clear an extra camp.
Doing one half, recalling, and doing the other half was still optimal though. RIP workarounds for how shitty the jungle is.
