Every single game I play sona, the first spell that hits a champion causes a lag spike.

And its not just me that gets the lag. I go into lane every game, and press Q, and immediately the game freezes up for 1 second. My duoqueue ADC that is in the lane with me gets it too. We are even used to it by now. I use my first spell, and he goes, "Well I'm glad we're past that..." Its very strange. I'm not sure if its just sona, because Sona is the only champion I typically play outside the jungle lately.
