When Sona uses her first Q on a champion or monster, everyone in the vicinity freezes.

I have played sona as my go to support in the last few days. This bug is there every game. When my first Q hits a champion or monster, me and everyone around me freezes up for a second. I know its not just me, because I have a duoqueue partner that plays ADC with me, and he confirms it every game. I have also asked teammates if they got it, and they have said yes. However, I did notice that I didn't lag when I was jungling one game versus an enemy sona, so that makes me think its either only the ally team that lags, or its only everyone in her vicinity. I did, however believe enemies got the lag just because it seems they back off as well when I use my first Q. This could just be a normal reaction to getting Q'd by sona of course, though.

This bug is very, very annoying because it makes invading and getting invaded very hard. If I use my first Q, then my team freezes up, and it puts us at risk to die. I have posted this bug a few times with no response, I'd like to know if riot has registered it yet.
