The passive I refer to is the one that disables wards when you get detected by one. For assassins, this helps them roam and gank, though I think jungle tanks could use an effect like that too.
But is the effect only intended for assassins? I'm hoping not; that'd feel a bit too exclusive in my book.

Zerenza1 votesThe item along with it's passive is meant for assassins as it's balanced around their roaming and kill potential. Assassins already have to avoid ward placement anyway so adding an item that gives them an edge in the department doesn't change much it just helps them out. But say you give it to a tanky jungler or jungler's that if you don't see them coming they'll almost certainly kill you, it makes the passive effect extremely strong for unintended user's.
Youmu's was abused by unintended user's and now it's useless because they nerfed it so hard, Luden's Echo wasn't meant for mages but they used it and got it nerfed so assassins had no fall back. I'm glad more items are assassin only because it's kind of annoying to get their items nerfed due to other champs.
