Maybe catchup EXP from minions should be increased to stop people from snowballing and insta-winning games? Specifically in lanes that way junglers that are behind usually stay that way. The game is currently too based on early game, and it feels like even if you die once in lane you're basically useless. [sg-janna]

They specifically nerfed catchup exp in a recent patch, they don't want comebacks to be a thing that can happen normally.

That's the issue, comebacks are so rare that if you lose early game you might as well have lost the game.
