have base stats become whole numbers at lv 18, because decimals do not factor in determining outcome.

examples: aatroxAatrox 124.4 ad, arm 97.6, mr 53.4,

sorakaSoraka 50 .04 base ad, 1370.8 mana, arm 96.6, mr 38.5, 18.3 mana regen

also, hp & mana regen should be whole multiples of five at lv 18 since it is determined over 5 seconds

I like this. I don't even know if I fully understand it but I like it.

dude Soraka has 101 AD at lv 18, that is her AD at lv 1. Misleading as fuck right there.

What do you mean decimals don't factor? I'm pretty sure all numbers in league are floats, or at least some form that stores and operates on decimals. When they did URF one time they moved the decimal like 6 places to the right and everyone had significant figures the whole way instead of ___000000 damage which means the engine isn't just using integers
