Zoe WR in Diamond:

Near 50% winrate before. Now sub-40%.

Zoe WR in Silver:

Was already sub 50%. Is now sub-40% as well.

I can understand that she's frustrating to play against, and I realize that she was 100% pick or ban in LCS... but it shows that she was pretty much balanced... sure she was one shotting out of fog of war but that wasn't winning her games. Now she still isn't winning games AND can't oneshot out of fog of war.

Now as an M7 Zoe I do think some of the nerfs were justified, mostly on the E bubble cooldown. However I think that taking the AP ratio down on her Q so much and pretty much destroying what little waveclear she had was a tad much.

I do like that more power was shifted into her actually weaving autos in and using W in a smart way, and I agree that teleport was too strong. However I think she should get her passive application on surrounding Q targets back and bump the ratio up to 0.3, previously 0.4

I know I'm going to get a lot of hate off this thread but tbh Riot shouldnt be nerfing champions purely for being frustrating to play against and not actually having that much of an impact on games. Otherwise I'd really like to see some Tryndamere and Vayne nerfs coming up.

The one-shot damage on low cooldown was too high. Sorry. Its just long about time for reality to catch up with CertT champs, which always seem to be overdone. If she needs buffs, its mos def not more than 10-15% to the Q damage as it is now .

I have 100k on Zoe, I think a good fix for her waveclear rn is to make q damage only on Minions do more at longer ranges. This will incentivize Zoe players to use R backwards then Q to clear waves, this gives an opening for the opponent to attack Zoe and also gives Zoe a chance to clear waves better but at a risk.

She had plenty of opportunity to kill her. She has zero mobility and her damn R always brings her back to the same place and is extremely telegraphed.

I think her nerfs are deserved. Riot intended on her to be weak after they gave her changes, they intend to bump her back up soon though. She isn't really that weak rn too, I have 6 games played on her this patch and I've won them all. She's just more utility than damage currently. Maybe next patch Riot will buff her idk though.

Also lategame she's really mobile, you have to play around picking up summoners late because of the huge movespeed boost you gain when you use them.

Theres literally no evidence they were deserved at all. Over nerfing someone to the point of uselessness for literally no reason is also not a good strategy at all.

Not weak right now? Did you not even read the OP. She went from well below average to Dead Fucking Last overnight. She brings ZERO presence to team fights and the only skirmishes you are winning are those vs people who still don't know how she works because banned so much.

We're talking season 2 Evelyn level of useless here.

Her only current weakness is her bad waveclear. She is just average or sub-par with everything else. After you hit your first item spike you deal so much more damage. I usually go Lichbane first

Again, if you're being allowed to use lichbane effectively on Zoe then it's due to a lack of experience in your opponents. Even before the nerfs those who played against Zoe instead of banning were learning how easy it is to get on top of her and kill her instantly.

Most mages and assassins can kill her before drowsy even procs. If you want to play a poke lichbane mage Victor and TF are orders of magnitude better than Zoe.

Or maybe I know how to play the champion? Im pretty sure players in Platinum ranked know how to counter her.

She wasnt ever op and got nerfed every patch since her release. It's literally unfair and not based on any logic. She is now actually useless.

The final change she needs now is on her Q and R interact.

Q R Q is fine because she has to show her self to launch the Q its extra distance.

Q Q R is not. This is what made her nuke from off screen in the first place.

Change the Q recast mechanic from being based on the distance it gets from Zoe, to based on Zoe's location when it's recast. This would also have the side benefit of increasing its power when casting it backward then toward the enemy while Zoe retreats in addition to adding readability to her kit from the opponent's perspective.

When she gets buffed, it should be to her delayed damage above anything else. Something like W's second and third bolts doing an increasing amount of damage, or E's damage enhancement having a minimum value.

I somewhat agree with this. I've been having an easier time vs. Zoe as an ADC than you'd think. When she flexes support, her E is annoying because it zones me off my farm, but she has to land it and her Q to really chunk you. Honestly I'd rather have a Zoe in the bot lane than a Sion, and I'd worry less about her than a Fizz in the mid lane. Of course, I'd still consider her a priority target in a team-fight, but then again, my team and I usually end up deleting her before she can do anything.
