No one likes being at fault. Easier to blame people you will never see again.

It sounds like there were multiple opportunities to counter-gank. Not saying he's in the right (far from it), but the implied message still has some hold. Counter-ganks are one of the best ways to snowball. If you see lanes are pushed up, try to anticipate where their jungler will gank and use that to your advantage.

if someone does this they have no idea about their mistakes, he could've gotten vision on that jungler if he tried, my personal opinion would be to mute anyone that can't take the blame on themselves.
