So GP is back i think

And I hate it.

I killed a GP three times in lane and beat his CS. But this guy still beat me to trinity force and tier 2 boots because of kepltomancy, spellthiefs, and his passive. I think its time that GP's ability to apply on hit effects with a point and click ability to be much more restricted on what it actually can apply.

At least Ezreal's Q is a skill shot and can be creep blocked.
