whats up with the lack of randomness in aram?

not even talking about how people make aram accounts to cheat the system but im talking about how ive played like 60 games of aram and have gotten aurelion sol with 6 times more frequency than i should. Similar cases for some other champs such as galio and rakan while at the same time i havent seen numerous champs once even though with free rotation i own about 60 champs so frequency of occurrence should be close to ~1 even considering other people's champ pools and that you cant double up or have mirror lanes.

Does anyone know the logic behind arams selection process? I cant help but wonder if it is flawed in such a way that may be causing me to get certain champs more often than others.

In anycase I'd also like to +1 the idea that all champs should be unlocked for aram so it can be more fair.

Pretty sure that ARAM isn't purely random. It's feels as though every week you just get a different pool of champs. Some champs having higher pick rates than others. I mean at least this is what it's starting to feel like. Especially since almost every week you always get 1-2 champs repeatedly.

Riot won't add all champs on ARAM because they want you to buy the champions with RP

i can see that but a lot more people play sr than aram, making them all free in aram would just introduce people to more champs and make them more likely to purchase them for sr. Plus aram gets boring because of how often youre given champs you dont like to play vs how often youre given champs you actually like due to roster size. They could even make aram cost some BE and give like 10 free games per week so people would have to play game modes without all the champs unlocked to continue playing aram which would prvent moochers who only play aram for all the free champs.

In any case, not allowing the whole roster to be free allows people to cheat by making aram accounts which makes the entire game mode meaningless.
