him flashing on me with his ulti from his jungle which i cant see and fearing me doesnt actually give me time to have a reaction.

A good Fiddles will ult into a teamfight, E to silence, Q the desired person, and then maybe get a small drain in depending on if he needs to Zhonyas or not. That should give you plenty of time to attack him. Unless you are pushing a lane next to an unwarded jungle, in which case that also has nothing to do with a champion being OP lol.

You can say the same thing about pretty much any champion with the ability to traverse large amounts of terrain. Lee Sin for example, Malphite, Leblanc...the list goes on and on. Point being if they used THAT MUCH to kill you it is probably a deserved kill. That and his ganks are extremely easy to escape early on.
