Grants AD, Lifesteal, Crit Chance, and-! Unique passive: Your crits cause targets to bleed for 3 seconds, inflicting Grievous Wounds and dealing (percentage) of your Bonus AD as physical damage.
For funsies make it a named passive that shares its name with Infinity Edge, we'll call 'em Augmented Critical, to keep them from stacking.
Unless you are playing as an ad bruiser (
) I couldn't care less. Almost all AD marksmen or AD assassins already kill any champion (even tanks) in 1-3 hits. Are you telling me they need to be stronger?
ADC and assassin mains please stop bit--ing about every champ that doesn't die in two hits from you. Yes, Swain's ult makes him tanky yet any knockback a force him to either drain the rest of his mana or switch to human form where he is easy to kill.
Next time figure out counter play instead of just yelling at Riot that you need a new item or that other champs need to be nerfed

ADs are strong enough. 
Executioner's calling was shit, yeah. But it was literally the only option one had against some of the more obnoxious self-healers. When those guys get fed they practically only die on their own terms. I noticed a trend when Riot removed the healing reduction from Tristana's E. Maybe it's going the way of silences. Maybe Riot believes healing reduction is OP or something.

Tanky champions are already ****ed hard enough as it is, they don't need any more tools for screwing them over. Just bring Ignite.

Just about everyone and their mother is purchasing Morellonomicon since it's so cost effective on AP champs. Nerf Morellonomicon to the point where it's a NICHE purchase, then we talk.
Good idea though, physical damage dealers should receive a grevious wounds item without relying on their teammates for the purchase.
