what happen to player skill level?

just played 5 games straight where enemy side or ally side seemed like they had lv.1 players that should be playing in bots.. i havent played since season 5 and didn't expect so many players to play so horribly.. i really hate people that feed then give an excuse like "its just norms" or blame a random lane when they did worse.. enemy team had the same issue, its quite obvious riot is doing something wrong if multiple lv.70 players play like they just signed up for an account lol

just had 2 games after a 5 win streak where my kai'sa feeds the bad enemy player while i ended up getting caught afterwards thanks to jinx passive etc -_-...

its actually so embarrassing that makes it difficult not to harass them, is rits goal to encourage players to harass bad players? maybe if the smurfing wasnt so bad the newer players would probably learn the game properly to avoid feeding but instead you guys ignore this and players end up feeding like they are new players even after a thousand matches lmao

when is this getting addressed? its getting ridiculous! lv.70 players focusing tanks instead of the fed miss fortune? (she was a really bad mf as well but kept getting free kills because they focus tanks like they are lv.5 or something [sg-lux-2]
