when are you buffing turrets?

i quit the game at april because theres no point of being near a turret i remember ppl used to say play passive stay near turret but its just meaningless now

like legit top or jungle can tower dive your ad carries with JUST ONE ARMOR ITEM literally afk in enemy turret for days then there is bullshit champions like fizz, riven renekton (how they just wipe you with one combo and is unstoppable when they are ahead)

i thought they were gonna buff turrets, i still hear my friends complain about getting dived nonstop by a poppy in normals and ranked. no where is safe except the fountain

i really miss league when people didn't go tank like literally full team of tanks dominate because they can't be killed the new last whisper end game items are useless, blade of ruin king deals little to no damage because tanks obviously have 1 mr item (YEA JUST 1 to nullify it BS) so nobody builds those and that haunting guise last item w/e it's called actually deals no damage at all not even sure whats the point of the max hp burn if its not gonna do anything

only counter is malzahar and vayne since kogmaw is back to shit now lol idk why he was reverted when jhin, jinx are the ones carrying all the matches.
