i dont get why the price had to rise and added retarded stuff to it when you could have just removed ad portion of the passive buff or just remove the pickaxe and change it into an attack speed item making it a attack speed + ap item.
dont try make logic on the forms. if it helps stuff which the community dont like your be downvoted to fuck because people prefer to only play vs stuff they counter then to have a balanced game. Also the item is already ap focused thats why they are giving 
bigger/more ap ratios to feel less shit about buying it. its only truly effective on

Why should it be made unusable by AD champions?
There are already so few hybrid items in the game and people always cry about the few champions who make good use of them because thereally aren't enough options that work for anyone else. I think we need more hybrid items, not fewer.
