Countering the meta

I really want to do something unusual with trying to counter the meta, I'd appreciate any help on this.

I was thinking about 1 1 1 lane occupation with double stealth jungle to have a global constant pressure and a team consisting of an AD caster Varus on bot lane (focus on cooldown reduction with manamune and lots of AD and armor penetration) that freezes lane and a mid and top that have reliable and good CC for a gank from the two stealth champions.

Anyone any thoughts or improvements on this? :)

varus will just get zoned from the entire creep wave starting from level 1.

junglers will have to rely on getting either kills, or shutting down the enemy jungler.

just my thoughts

1 1 1 lane occupation with varus bot is not a good idea in this meta where he could get dived before level 6 and beyond. The duobot will be denying him experience to further make this difficult

the enemy jungler will also have more resources after they level up and can beat the living shit out of your junglers who have to share while occationally invading

But before you do anything to counter the meta I have to ask, what meta are you wanting to break, do you understand why the meta is the way it is?

I wish I could break snow ball meta but the only way I can think of is to fight fire with fire and pick the most cancerous snowball champs. >kha, rengar, kat, draven, azir, etc. 1v5 or lose your games.
